You choose the topic. Sessions usually run about an hour, free and confidential. You can come back for as many sessions as you need.

Support Consultations
A support consultation is a private conversation with a trained peer advocate about whatever is on your mind: pregnancy, parenting, a past abortion, a relationship, or just needing somewhere to think out loud.
Who comes
Women considering their options, partners, friends or family members supporting someone, women processing a past abortion, and parents working through hard moments. There is no profile.

- Available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole, with translation help for other languages

Each of our centers offers the full set of free services. Choose whichever is closest or easiest to reach. Many of the people we serve travel to us from Southern New Hampshire as well.
