About Pregnancy Care Center
We're a non-profit pregnancy resource center with locations in Haverhill, Lawrence, Lowell, serving the surrounding communities across Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Our work is to walk alongside women and families during one of the most significant moments in their lives, without judgment and at no cost.
Who we serve
Any woman who is pregnant or working through life after a pregnancy, not just those facing an unexpected pregnancy, and the dads and partners standing with them. Single, partnered, married, working, in school, documented or undocumented, insured or uninsured. None of that changes how we treat you. If you walk through our door, our job is to listen first.
How we work
Every appointment is free and confidential. You'll meet with a trained peer advocate who will listen with care, answer your questions, refer you to licensed medical providers when appropriate, and continue to support you for as long as you need. We offer a pressure-free experience. We do not bill insurance or charge for our services.
Supporting your decision
We are a place to slow down, get accurate information, ask questions, and find ongoing support, especially for the days, months, and years after the first decision is made. Anyone living in or near our region is welcome.
Our beliefs and our limits
We are a pro-woman, non-profit organization, not a medical clinic. We do not perform or refer for abortions. We do offer factual information about every option, including abortion, so you can think it through clearly. If you choose an abortion, we are still here for after-care without judgment.

Conversations stay between you and our team. We follow strict confidentiality standards.
No cost, ever
Every service we provide is free. We do not bill insurance and we do not accept payment.
Trained peer support
Our peer advocates complete ongoing training so they can listen well and refer well.
Local, not just available
Three locations across Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire means we are part of your community, not a phone tree.

Each of our centers offers the full set of free services. Choose whichever is closest or easiest to reach. Many of the people we serve travel to us from Southern New Hampshire as well.
