Services at no cost.
Pregnancy Testing
Start with a free self-administered pregnancy test. Even if you've taken an at-home test, confirming the result with us gives you a chance to ask follow-up questions in a calm setting. The hCG hormone takes time to build up, so the most reliable result comes after a missed period.
Referrals for Free Ultrasounds
A positive pregnancy test confirms the possibility of pregnancy. An ultrasound shows whether there is a heartbeat, the gestational age, and the location. All three matter when you are weighing options or planning prenatal care.
Options Information
A walk-through of parenting, adoption, and abortion. We explain what each path involves, the time-frames that matter, the medical considerations, and the questions worth asking before you decide.
After Abortion Support
Many women experience grief, anxiety, or relief (sometimes all at once) after an abortion. Our P.A.C.E. program offers private, free peer support on your timeline, with no judgment about the choice you made.
STI Information & Referrals
Plain answers about sexually transmitted infections and where to get tested or treated. We refer to licensed local providers and walk you through what to expect.
Support Resources
Ongoing peer support, parenting education, and free material assistance including food, diapers, formula, clothing, and furniture at all three locations.
