Common questions

Frequently asked questions about ongoing support resources

What kinds of parenting education do you offer?

We offer parenting education and mentorship on newborn care, prenatal health, infant development, healthy relationships, and budgeting, now largely through online video lessons. All of it is free.

Do I need to be a regular client to access support resources?

No. We help anyone who reaches out, even for a single referral. There is no requirement to commit to anything.

How do I get diapers, formula, or infant clothing?

Contact your nearest center and tell us what you need. We keep a food bank, diapers, formula, clothing for mom and baby, and furniture on-site and free at all three locations.

Is there support for fathers too?

Yes. We offer fatherhood mentorship, parenting prep, and peer support for men. Meet a peer mentor in person at any of our three locations or by phone.

How long can I keep getting support?

Our free services are available through your child's first year, and in some circumstances longer. Some women meet with us for a single conversation. Others stay connected for years through different stages of parenting.
