The Pregnancy Care Center of The Merrimack Valley, Inc. (PCC) is a non-profit, non medical agency committed to providing individualized, accurate and relevant peer counseling and information about pregnancy, sexual health and relationships to anyone facing an unintended pregnancy.

Our Promise To You

  1. You will be served in a warm and safe environment, regardless of your age, ethnicity, income, religious affiliation, disability or other arbitrary circumstances. Our services are offered free of charge, except for furniture vouchers. If you are experiencing severe financial hardship at this time, please speak to a staff person.

  2. You will be treated with kindness, compassion and in a caring manner and may leave the PCC whenever you wish.

  3. You will be listened to with respect and courtesy and will always receive honest and open answers. You will be directed to other appropriate, credible community resources that can support you during this time of crisis and supply you with additional help and information.

  4. Your pregnancy test is distributed and self-administered in accordance with all applicable laws.

  5. Your personal information is held in strict and absolute confidence and you have the right to refuse discussion about spiritual matters. Your personal information is only disclosed as required by law and when necessary to protect you or others against imminent harm.

  6. You will receive accurate information about pregnancy, fetal development, lifestyle issues, and related concerns. The PCC does not offer, recommend or refer for abortions or abortifacients, but we are committed to offering accurate information about abortion procedures and risks.

  7. You may refuse any information you do not wish to receive.

  8. All of our advertising and communications are truthful and honest and accurately describe the services we offer.

  9. All of our staff and peer counselor volunteers receive proper training and uphold these standards.
